Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields
• Strong expertise in ETL processes, SQL, Python, and cloud-based data solutions
• Experience with property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage) is highly preferred
• Proficiency in data warehousing solutions, including Azure, Redshift, Snowflake, or similar
• Solid understanding of API development and integration
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Experience with advanced machine learning models and deployment strategies
• Familiarity with Domo, Tableau, or other BI tools for dashboarding and visualization
• Experience in property management or real estate industries

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable ETL pipelines to integrate data from various property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage)
• Leverage expertise in data engineering to transform, store, and visualize large datasets for actionable insights
• Develop and deploy predictive models, perform advanced analytics, and generate reports to drive strategic decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, performance, and infrastructure, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery
• Support API integrations with external systems and provide leadership on data automation efforts
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on data engineering best practices
