Summary
Join European Dynamics as a remote Data Exchange Specialist fluent in English. You will be part of a team collaborating with a major client's IT team. Your responsibilities include analyzing the European Digital Identity Framework, defining technical requirements, supporting the development of privacy-preserving technologies, and managing project strands related to EU Digital Identity Wallets. This role requires a Master's degree in IT or a relevant field with 16+ years of experience, proven experience with eIDAS compliant solutions, and expertise in various technologies and regulations. Requirements
- Masterβs degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 16 years of relevant working experience in IT
- Proven experience in implementing eIDAS compliant digital identity solution(s)
- Proven experience of working within regulated environments, particularly in finance, e-commerce, or public sector
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of electronic payment systems
- Good knowledge of digital signature and encryption with X509 certificates, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Good knowledge of the legal framework for the use of trust services: the Electronic Identification and Trust
- Good knowledge of Services Regulation (eIDAS Regulation 910/2014/EC), and of the European Digital Identity Framework (Regulation (EU) 2024/1183)
- Good knowledge of Business-to-Business (B2B) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and common data and document exchange patterns
- Good knowledge of Techniques used to secure Web applications: HTTP, TLS, WS-Security, Content Security
- Good knowledge of Policy, Web Services (SOAP and REST), OAuth2, OpenID, OWASP
- Good knowledge of Mobile development techniques: Android/Java & Kotlin, iOS/Swift, Key Attestation
- Good knowledge of Project management and software development methodologies: OpenPM2, SCRUM, Extreme Programming
- Excellent command of the English language
Responsibilities
- Analyze and advise on the European Digital Identity Framework and its implementation of the European Digital Identity Wallets, and the trust services as defined in the eIDAS Regulation, and in particular in relation to security and risk
- Define the high-level technical requirements for the EU Digital Identity Wallet and trust services, to be specified in the ARF
- Support the development and analysis of privacy-preserving technologies that can be integrated in the Wallets
- Support the development and maintenance of technical specifications for the Wallets and trust services
- Manage and coordinate with the different project strands supporting the implementation of the EU Digital Identity Wallets (e.g. certification, definition of the ARF, the reference implementation, Large-Scale Pilots, the legal team, etc.)
