Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in a governance-related role within the technology sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards applicable to technology
• Experience with risk management and performance metrics development
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in developing and implementing IT policies and standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance initiatives within technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies
• Establish and maintain metrics to measure compliance, risk management, and performance effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of governance practices with business objectives
• Supervise and guide a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Participate in the design and implementation of governance frameworks and policies for technology
• Evaluate new technologies and practices, providing recommendations based on governance principles
