Requirements

• Be a US citizen
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excel in performance
• Ability to understand and execute complex labeling projects
• SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
• High attention to detail and ability to spot trends in large datasets

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality labeling for specific stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Success, and Machine Learning
• Support Product Operations in building metrics
• Break down complex projects into actionable items to perform high-quality labeling
• Lead labeling operations for key US accounts
