Requirements

  • Experience leading or owning end-to-end data projects, from architecture to delivery
  • Strong grasp of data modelling, ETL pipelines, and governance best practices
  • Proficiency in modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Hands-on experience with tools like dbt, Airflow, or Databricks
  • Familiarity with third-party platforms such as GA4, Search Console, or affiliate reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills – able to connect data solutions to business outcomes
  • Comfortable working across teams and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and rollout of Raketech’s unified data platform, ensuring it meets current needs and scales with the business
  • Consolidate data from affiliate platforms, GA4, Search Console, and other key marketing and SEO tools into a central, usable system
  • Build and maintain data pipelines that ensure accuracy, governance, and accessibility
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their goals and help them unlock insights
  • Recommend and implement the right tech stack (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Redshift) based on long-term needs
  • Champion data literacy and support teams in becoming more data-driven
  • Contribute to setting up a scalable and sustainable data function that supports growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in affiliation or iGaming
  • Exposure to SEO, CRO, or performance marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
