Data Science Intern

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a quantitative or analytically focused degree
• Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating December 2025 or later
• Interested to begin a career with a focus on data or statistical analysis
• Familiar with manipulating raw data with Python or R
• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our data science team and business leads to pursue research in areas of high business impact
• Drive CSAA’s knowledge of our customers through research projects from data collection to model development
• Provide recommendation based on well-documented, reproducible analysis from large datasets
• Work on a capstone project throughout the summer related to data analysis within the insurance industry and present findings to senior management
