Join our team as a Sr. Data Scientist to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • 6+ years of experience in data science/analytics roles, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on data science/machine learning modeling
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark for machine learning, data exploration, and analysis
  • Strong SQL skills with expertise in handling complex SQL scripts
  • Basic understanding of R
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks, including pandas, NumPy, seaborn, matplotlib, MLFlow, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Experience working with large, semi-structured datasets
  • Proven experience in predictive modeling, machine learning techniques, and developing robust data science models
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex data and advanced analytics to stakeholders in an actionable manner
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and strong knowledge of Bayesian and frequentist statistics, including concepts such as correlation, regression, and hypothesis testing

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage legacy machine learning models
  • Develop, enhance, and test new machine learning models to support business growth initiatives
  • Conduct deep dive analysis and identify variance drivers
  • Evaluate model performance and monitor for drift
  • Implement thorough testing and evaluation to ensure model and code quality
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
  • Provide clear and actionable reporting for stakeholders
  • Handle ad-hoc analytics requests to support business decisions
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns
  • Ensure data quality through rigorous data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide data-driven recommendations, and influence strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance data and analytics capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data modeling and testing platforms
  • Communicate the value of data analytics to non-technical teams and guide them in applying insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building models and developing solutions for Lead Scoring, Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Marketing Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
  • Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerBI
  • Experience working with data lakes and Databricks platform
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
