Requirements

• Coding skills in Python
• Must be US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance
• Must have strong Python skills
• Must be US Citizen
• Remote within continental US is fine
• Must possess a Secret clearance or higher. May consider exceptionally strong candidates that would be a great fit & able to apply for clearance immediately

Responsibilities

• Design and build GenAI use cases based on client's needs and specific data
• Implement input and output validators, as well as optimize UX with the tool we create
• Implement systems for AI alignment, Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) instruction models, and AI guardrails
• Conduct rigorous tests to evaluate LLMs across standardized performance benchmarks and custom evaluations
• Employ cutting edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve complex problems using unstructured data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend development for UI (React, JavaScript, etc)
• Experience with deploying a GenAI tool using Azure services (Web App, Function App, Key Vault, Blob Storage, etc)

• The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is: $76,100 — $136,700 USD
