Requirements
- Master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with pharmaceutical firms on observational research and real-world data
- Expertise in statistical programming (R), database exploration (SQL), and study design/analysis
- Strong knowledge of epidemiologic methods, real-world data sources, and data quality frameworks
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, influence, and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized approach with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Enhance Data Quality and Usability: Design and implement systems, functions, and tools that improve the richness, reliability, and usability
- Develop data quality measures and dataset characterization to build confidence in the generalizability and validity of Verantos Pragmatic Registry data sets
- Generate analysis outputs that meet rigorous statistical standards and ensure products and data support study complexity
- Leverage your experience working with biopharma customers to provide technical expertise to communicate the appropriate use, timing, and implementation of statistical techniques to various stakeholders
- Drive Product Development: Engage cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, science, and clinical informatics teams to
- Collect, rationalize, and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders to inform the product roadmap
- Define product requirements that enhance the richness, reliability, and usability of Verantos' data
- Identify innovative tools that help speed up the overall development and deployment process
- Maintain effective and transparent documentation consistent with process guidelines and scientific standards
