Summary

Join Anaplan as a Delivery Advisor and play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of Anaplan Intelligence and User Experience (UX) capabilities. You will define implementation standards, support ecosystem enablement, resolve complex escalations, and translate field insights into product evolution. This role requires deep Anaplan platform expertise and a passion for business-user enablement, scalability, and edge innovation. You will serve as a subject matter expert, lead technical enablement initiatives, ensure demo and implementation content reflects the latest capabilities, partner with the Center of Excellence, empower partners with technical guidance, support late-stage sales, deliver actionable insights, and present Anaplan’s vision for AI and UX. This position blends technical expertise with a focus on business user enablement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Anaplan’s intelligence and UX products, including CoPlanner, PlanIQ, Optimizer, OpenML, AnaplanXL, and the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Experience in leading enterprise software implementations that involve AI, forecasting, decision optimization, or intelligent business-user workflows
  • Practical knowledge of how UX and AI intersect in the enterprise—from prompt design and forecasting models to end-user experience and adoption
  • Expertise in Anaplan modeling, data integration, workflow design, and user onboarding across web and mobile environments
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to drive product adoption across technical and business teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter and technical expert for Anaplan Intelligence (CoPlanner, PlanIQ, OpenML, Optimizer) and UX (web, mobile, workflow, management reporting, Microsoft 365 integrations, AnaplanXL) , advising on effective implementation strategies
  • Lead technical enablement initiatives—training programs, documentation, demo environments, and best-practice libraries—for internal teams and partners
  • Ensure that demos and implementation content for CoPlanner, PlanIQ, Optimizer, Anaplan XL, and mobile apps reflect the latest capabilities and align with Anaplan’s delivery standards
  • Partner with the Center of Excellence and solution architects to embed new UX and AI innovations into customer delivery frameworks—ensuring scalability and consistency
  • Empower partners with technical guidance that enables them to confidently deliver Anaplan UX and Intelligence solutions across varied use cases
  • Support late-stage sales opportunities as an expert in Anaplan’s intelligence and user experience portfolio—helping customers understand how to deliver intuitive, intelligent planning
  • Deliver actionable insights from the field to product and engineering to continuously improve usability, performance, and extensibility
  • Present Anaplan’s vision for AI and UX to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders—both virtually and at key events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of how GenAI and predictive AI (e.g., PlanIQ, OpenML, CoPlanner) can drive planning agility and user productivity
  • Enthusiasm for innovation at the intersection of predictive, generative, and agentic AI—and how to drive business value from it
  • Experience scaling delivery through partners via standards, templates, enablement content, and technical advisory services
  • Understanding of business-user experience across planning scenarios, with a focus on accessibility, simplicity, and adoption
