Delivery Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Remote Delivery Engineer to monitor and diagnose critical power generation equipment remotely for a client in the power generation industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in P&IDs, equipment and instrumentation datasheets, and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems, with at least 5 years of experience in remote monitoring and diagnostics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in remote monitoring and diagnostics of power generation equipment
• Strong experience with P&IDs, equipment, and instrumentation datasheets
• Proficiency in Balance of Plant (BOP) systems and their components
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in using Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently as a desk engineer in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Perform remote monitoring and diagnostics of power generation equipment
• Analyze and interpret P&IDs, equipment, and instrumentation datasheets
• Monitor and manage Balance of Plant (BOP) systems
• Provide detailed reports on equipment performance
• Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all monitoring activities and diagnostic results
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Combined Cycle Plants and Control Room operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
