Deployment Quality Assurance Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• Ability to accurately complete audits (by RetailNext standards)
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with peers/managers for escalation, feedback, etc
• Ability to complete all assigned audits/tasks on time within company SLAs
• Ability to ensure traffic counting is done correctly, if it doesn't meet our standard, troubleshooting to achieve the standard accuracy pass rate
• Ability to work largely unsupervised
• Ability to effectively use tools for completing Audits (Audit Console, SmartOps, Gsuite, etc.)

• Auditing various data sets and technologies
• Understanding RetailNext audit and data collection systems
• Adjustments and Validation of RetailNext Analytics
• Documentation of results for analysis and improvements
