Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• Board Certification/Eligibility in a relevant specialty (Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Occupational Medicine, etc.)
• 10+ years of clinical experience with expertise in emergency, prehospital, or military medicine
• Proficient in telemedicine platforms and electronic health records (EHR)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care using telemedicine technologies for global patients
• Conduct consultations, offering accurate diagnoses and empathetic care
• Manage follow-up cases to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Lead a diverse team of clinicians and emergency responders
• Mentor and support clinical teams in achieving operational excellence
• Oversee major medical cases, providing expert advice and guidance
• Oversee clinical governance processes, ensuring adherence to national and international standards
• Conduct audits, manage risk, and ensure quality control across all levels of service
• Foster continuous professional development and training initiatives
• Coordinate complex medical cases, including evacuations, while ensuring patient safety
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and stakeholders to optimize outcomes
• Lead the creation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs), aligning with best practices
• Produce high-quality medical reports with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
• Work closely with logistics, administrative, and medical teams to enhance patient care delivery
• Engage with insurance companies and healthcare providers to streamline patient care
• Stay prepared to provide expert medical advice and coordination in international emergencies
