Desktop Technician/Junior Systems Administrator

Requirements

• 4 years of prior hands-on experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge and experience with MacBook support
• Proficiency in Windows 7 and newer versions
• Experience with mobile phone support
• Strong desktop support and customer service skills
• Experience working with MDM such as Workspace One, Mas360, or similar
• Experience with SSO/MFA such as Okta, OneLogin, or similar
• Confidence in troubleshooting problems
• Experience with Windows 2008 or newer versions
• Knowledge of hosted services such as Gmail and Office 365
• Experience with Symantec and ESET Antivirus
• Familiarity with printing services
• Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Experience with VERITAS Backup Exec
• Understanding of hosted VoIP services such as RingCentral, Vonage, etc
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
