• Worked for 8 + years as a developer and 5+ years as a development manager
• Have a strong technical background in software engineering, with proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, infrastructure, and development tools including proven experience with Jira and git
• Have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Enjoy mentoring and optimizing team performance to achieve spectacular results
• Can prioritize competing demands, delegate tasks effectively and make informed decisions under pressure
• Earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field or have equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team status, project timelines, and detailed tasks
• Support your team in providing technical and project guidance to solve complex problems and make sound technical decisions
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to uphold team standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to ensure high levels of team performance
• Evaluate and refine development processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve better results
