Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in web technologies
  • Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript & SDK
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with public speaking and presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Passion for developer tools and email marketing technologies
  • Must be able to work EST or CST hours
  • Associateโ€™s or bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with email design and development
  • Understanding of Vanilla JS, Vue, Angular and React a plus
  • Previous experience in a developer relations or advocacy role
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Familiarity with customer support software (ie: Intercom) and ticketing systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code for Unlayer's APIs and SDK
  • Engage with the developer community through forums, social media, and events to promote Unlayer's products and gather feedback
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and webinars to educate internal teams and developers on Unlayer's capabilities
  • Collaborate with the product team to incorporate developer feedback into future product roadmaps
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving developer issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers, including but not limited to user interface problems, integration issues, and API errors
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to coworkers and customers on how to resolve technical issues, both independently and through guided troubleshooting sessions
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product improvements and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to empower coworkers and customers to self-serve and reduce support inquiries
