Requirements

  • Ability to integrate NSCALE into existing IT systems and adaptation of the software to archiving requirements, including interfaces to ERP, CRM, and DMS
  • Experience in migrating legacy data and archiving large amounts of data while ensuring integrity and availability
  • Expertise in data security, data protection (e.g., GDPR), and legal archiving requirements, with a focus on security protocols and legal compliance
  • 8-10 Years of experience
  • Native German Language

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that NSCALE is efficiently integrated into existing systems such as ERP, CRM, and DMS
  • Configure the software according to the company's specific requirements and optimize the archiving processes
  • Plan and carry out the migration of legacy data and ensure proper archiving of large volumes of data, ensuring that data integrity and availability are maintained throughout the entire process
  • Ensure the implementation of security measures for data archiving, including data protection (e.g., GDPR) and legal requirements
  • Ensure that all archiving processes meet the relevant compliance requirements
