Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in nonprofit fundraising or development is preferred
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM data
• Run reports and provide insights to support fundraising and strategic planning in the West Region
• Research and prepare materials for prospective and existing donors
• Help manage donor communications and pledges to ensure strong ongoing relationships
• Serve as the liaison for chapter programs (like the Readathon, Young Professionals, and University chapters)
• Support the planning and coordination of regional events
• Assist with scheduling, note-taking, and other administrative tasks for the development team
• Lead or participate in special projects and fundraising campaigns as needed
