Join CD PROJEKT RED and become a DevOps Engineer, contributing to the development of Cyberpunk 2. You will be part of the Dev Environment team, providing essential support to other teams by managing build farms, source control, and automated build pipelines. Responsibilities include developing and managing CI/CD pipelines, providing day-to-day support for game creation, troubleshooting build issues, and optimizing build processes. Collaboration with the development team is crucial for integrating and deploying new features. You will maintain source control and documentation. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development or DevOps within the gaming industry
- Proficient in one or more scripting languages (e.g. Python, TypeScript)
- Familiarity with: C# backend development (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6+)
- Familiarity with: Source control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git)
- Familiarity with: Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with: CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment
- Great attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, focusing on performance and reliability
- Provide day-to-day support for the game creation process
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving build issues
- Optimize build pipelines and processes
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate and deploy new features
- Establish and maintain automation processes for development workflows
- Maintain source control branches and assist with code integrations, including resolving merge conflicts
- Provide support for Perforce source control
- Contribute to and maintain clear and concise documentation for build and release processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
