DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar role in a SaaS environment
• Strong experience with Azure services, architecture, and security, performance, and high availability best practices
• Proficient with scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar
• Proficient in Bicep, ARM templates, or similar
• Extensive experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system health and performance
• Self-starter, highly motivated, innovative thinker, and able to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deliverables

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a highly available, reliable, and secure infrastructure on Azure, ensuring adherence to industry best practices
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure health and performance to ensure high availability and performance
• Ensure governance and compliance, including managing SOC 2 compliance and maintaining IT policy documentation
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes
• Build, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
• Ensure that implementation, processes, and solutions are fully documented
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for infrastructure-related topics, advising on architecture, security, and scaling strategies
