Requirements
- An experienced DevOps/SRE Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS
- Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and React, with the ability to collaborate closely with development teams to optimize their workflows and deployments
- Experienced in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with a strong understanding of modern DevOps tools and practices
- Skilled in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential infrastructure issues before they impact the business
- A strong communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure on AWS to support our growing applications and services
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes using modern DevOps tools and practices
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of code written in Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability across our platform
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage our AWS environment
- Optimize resource utilization and manage cloud costs effectively while ensuring the scalability and performance of our applications
- Contribute to the development and implementation of security best practices across our infrastructure and application lifecycle
