DevRel Marketing Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Marketing Specialist at MultiversX who will supervise the marketing strategy for DevRel, design and implement campaigns, conduct market research, manage events, and more. The candidate should have relevant experience, crypto/blockchain/FinTech knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong research skills, and be willing to travel.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Willingness to travel and represent MultiversX at industry events, conferences, and meetups

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire marketing strategy for DevRel
• Develop iterative marketing and community engagement campaigns dedicated to developers
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns dedicated to DevRel, across a variety of verticals
• Manage events aligned with the DevRel strategy
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for developer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
• Coordinate the creation of necessary creatives and other marketing collaterals with internal or external teams
• Conduct market research, and monitor industry trends and developer behaviors
• Assist with email marketing and social media campaigns
• Implement strategies to grow the company’s developers community on multiple platforms
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with social media, marketing trends and best practices
• Supervise ongoing paid campaigns and suggest new ones, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads

Preferred Qualifications

Crypto / blockchain / FinTech industry knowledge and/or experience is a big plus
