Summary

The job is for a Dietitian or Nutritionist to join MANUAL's weight loss proposition as a remote coach. Requirements

• Minimum BSc/MSc in Dietetics or Nutrition and either Registered Dietitian (HCPC) or Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (ANutr/RNutr)
• Must be available to start in 4 weeks or less
• Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience as a Dietitian or Nutritionist
• Proven experience in coaching and delivering evidence-based behavioral change techniques to support improvement in health and wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Help customers reach their weight loss and health goals via engaging and effective coaching across multiple digital channels
• Use evidence-based behavior change strategies to support customers in developing healthy habits across various aspects such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Adapts to frequent change seamlessly in fast-paced environments whilst maintaining a positive attitude
• Exceptional at relationship-building with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Takes ownership of individual tasks and responsibilities and works effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving
