Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Digital Ad QC or a highly detailed Proofreading role
• Exceptional fluency (grammar, spelling, written & oral communication)
• A legendary level of attention to detail
• Stellar organizational skills, the ability to prioritize ruthlessly, and an unshakeable commitment to meeting deadlines
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and manage your workload autonomously
• Comfortable navigating various computer applications

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize short-form video and static ads, catching any errors in copy, visuals, audio, or graphics
• Master and enforce client guidelines – logos, fonts, colors, spacing, disclaimers, prohibited language – no mistakes allowed
• Independently manage your queue of reviews, ensuring on-time delivery, every time
• Punctuality and meeting deadlines are non-negotiable here
• Document every single finding accurately in our workflow systems (like Monday.com, Frame.io)
• Clear communication is key
• Keep internal documentation updated with the latest client brand and legal standards
• Confirm final outputs meet all platform, client, brand, and legal requirements with unwavering accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Monday.com and Frame.io is a HUGE plus!
