Join TubeScience as a Digital Ad QC Technician and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of video and static ads before they go live. You will be responsible for reviewing ads, checking for errors in copy, visuals, audio, and graphics, ensuring adherence to brand and legal guidelines, and noting errors clearly in Frame.io. This contract role requires a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, excellent English fluency, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully remote. You will ensure ads meet platform specifications and are free of technical errors. Your precision and commitment to excellence will contribute to delivering impactful and polished ads for our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (Digital Ad Quality Controller or Proofreader)
- Excellent English language fluency (grammar + spelling)
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail applied to QC work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Technically literate; comfortable with a variety of computer applications
Responsibilities
- Review short-form video and still image ads, checking for errors in the copy, visuals, audio, and graphics
- Proofread for grammar and spelling
- Ensure ads adhere to Brand and Legal Guidelines
- Ensure prohibited language is not used in text or audio
- Ensure prohibited imagery is not used
- Ensure disclaimer language is correct
- Ensure ads are free of technical errors, including video glitches and export errors
- Ensure ads meet platform specifications
- Note errors clearly, concisely, and completely in Frame.io to allow for quick and accurate corrections by the creative team
- Work efficiently and independently through queue of jobs needing QC review
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with project management and digital video platforms, such as Monday.com and Frame.io
