Summary

The job is for a Digital Graphic Designer at Once Upon A Farm. The role involves creating and updating digital assets, partnering with team members, understanding and applying brand guidelines, organizing and maintaining all assets, supporting DTC design and acquisition collateral, moving from design to production-ready artwork, working closely with the Social Media Manager, streamlining processes, communicating with the marketing team, and meeting draft deadlines. The candidate should have a BA in Graphic Design or related field of study, minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in-depth understanding of modern design principles, ability to design digital motion assets, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, comfort working in a collaborative environment, solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms. The role is remote-first with up to 10% travel required. The compensation range is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. Requirements

  • BA in Graphic Design or related field of study preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • In-depth understanding of modern design principles
  • Ability to design digital motion assets required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where each team member chips in on a variety of tasks
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital assets for various Once Upon a Farm channels. This includes web assets/pages, emails, digital banners, social/shareable assets, etc., always keeping designs on brand and elevated
  • Partner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives and effectively turn around projects based on feedback
  • Understand and apply brand guidelines across all assets
  • Organize and maintain all assets
  • Support DTC design and acquisition collateral – digital display and social ads
  • Move from design to production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors to deliver digital-ready files seamlessly
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and be capable of developing social media content (infographics, memes, campaign executions)
  • Streamline processes to increase productivity and accuracy of execution
  • Communicate with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders on projects to offer as much transparency and collaboration as possible
  • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
