Digital Assets Trader - Market Making

Join Keyrock as a Digital Assets Trader, supporting our core Algorithmic Trading Business, primarily across ALT Coin clients. You will support the deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets; maintain a global view of algorithmic trading operations; and execute trades across crypto spot, perpetuals, and options. Responsibilities include asset rebalancing, settlement facilitation, preventative actions via spread adaptations, and performance monitoring using internal, exchange, and on-chain data. You will also track treasury, liaise with finance, report technical/financial problems, act as an internal point of contact, and liaise with the Commercial team. This role requires 2-3+ years of cryptocurrency trading experience, exposure to TradFi asset classes, strong analytical skills, and digital asset understanding. Requirements

• 2-3+ years of cryptocurrency trading experience across CEXes and DEXes either on a professional basis or with clear demonstrable evidence of trading a personal portfolio to a high level
• Exposure to and an understanding of key tradfi asset classes e.g., options, futures, FX either from a previous role or educational background
• Strong analytical ability
• Fully comfortable with trading and order books
• Able to act and to take decisions under pressure
• Digital native
• Understanding of digital assets and blockchain technologies (particularly CEXes and DEXes)
• Understanding of financial market structure
• Strong attention to details
• Adaptable and a strong team player
• Basic coding skills or ability to review queries and code in SQL and at least basic working knowledge of Python
• Good communicator
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Supporting the deployment of new algorithms, clients and markets
• Keeping a global updated view of all algorithmic trading operations
• Trade execution across crypto spot, perpetuals and options; and hedging both crypto and FX related exposure
• Trading operations including asset rebalancing across multiple CEXs and DEXs; and facilitating settlement of assets against several trading counterparties
• Preventative actions by spread adaptations and configuring conditions, pricing and exposure thresholds on algorithmic trading bots
• Monitoring closely client service level agreements are met and evaluating trading performance using internal, exchange and on-chain data
• Keeping track of the treasury, and liaising with the finance team on accounting for asset balances across operations
• Keeping track of and reporting technical and financial problems and providing support to the dev team for improvement
• Acting as a point of call internally on trading and market related insights
• Liaising with the Commercial team to provide insights to market making clients on trading performance and service level agreement requirements
