• Achieved wizard status in Figma; motion fluency a major plus
• Deep experience creating alignment across cross-functional teams and disciplines

Responsibilities

• Oversee all digital for global product campaigns and DTC channels, including dotcom, app, email, social, ads, and retail
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in UX, CRM, and dev to define how the company shows up in crucial consumer touch points
• Lead the digital design team to ensure products and features are valuable for the consumer, easy to use, and meet the lofty standard of excellence set by ARC'TERYX gear
