Digital Experience Solution Architect - AI & Agentforce

Summary

Join NeuraFlash as a Solution Architect focused on building compelling interactive user experiences and delivering impactful business value to clients. You will leverage Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Experience Cloud to design and architect solutions for support sites, partner portals, and conversational interfaces. Responsibilities include providing industry best practices, driving requirement gathering, building client strategies and roadmaps, and translating business requirements into well-architected solutions. You will also coach junior team members and stay updated on new Salesforce product capabilities. This role requires 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting role, 5+ years of CRM experience, and experience with Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with Agentforce or similar platforms and a proven ability to design and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms
• Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
• Experience Cloud
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
• Willing and able learner of new technologies
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling

Responsibilities

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
• Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud
• Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working alongside designers utilizing artifacts such as sitemaps, detailed mockups, and prototypes
• Ability to drive requirements for custom web components
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing
• Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
