Digital Librarian/Digital Asset Manager

Summary

Harbor is seeking a Digital Librarian/Digital Asset Manager to work remotely on an information management initiative within a large US-based technology organization. The role involves streamlining and standardizing multiple systems, leveraging AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have an MLS/MLIS degree, experience in Records Management and/or Digital Asset Management, knowledge of Digital Asset Management software, taxonomy and metadata standards, excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, project management skills, and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience.

Requirements

• MLS/MLIS degree
• Experience in Records Management and / or Digital Asset Management
• SIA Digital Archiving Certification (a plus)
• Experience with Digital Asset Management software
• Experience with taxonomy and metadata standards, application and practical implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, be process-oriented and detail oriented
• Project management skill, capable of meeting deadlines and deliverables

Responsibilities

• Leverage an evolving AI solution to maximize content organization and the overall user experience
