Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • MBA or masterโ€™s degree preferred
  • 5+ years in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or data center solutions, demonstrating success in lead generation and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of data center technologies (colocation, cloud services, managed hosting)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads
  • SEO strategies
  • Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical thinking, and project management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American data center market
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales goals
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, conducting keyword research, crafting ad copies, and optimizing performance to drive traffic and increase conversions
  • Create compelling content showcasing the value proposition of our data center solutions (whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, social media)
  • Maintain an editorial calendar ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across various platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the data center industry
  • Provide insights to inform product positioning and refine marketing strategies
  • Develop initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the data center space
  • Coordinate PR efforts and secure speaking engagements to amplify brand presence
  • Plan and manage participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media, leveraging analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer support) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and outcomes for senior management
