As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will execute the organization’s digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, and paid advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising efforts to drive engagement and conversions
  • At least 1+ year of that experience within the K-12 Education market
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools
  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance metrics
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics platforms
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead nurturing tactics
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop benchmarks for website, email, and social engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and email health benchmarks to determine effectiveness
  • Improve the efficiency and ROI of marketing efforts to support new business and expansion/cross-sell growth
  • Manage and analyze automated lead nurture programs to increase Year-over-Year Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and improve Pipeline/Revenue velocity for marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Establish and maintain monthly marketing team reporting to track and communicate Month-over-Month performance metrics
  • Excel in social media management, engagement, and execution
  • Increase social media engagement and followers across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics
  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
