Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in website strategy, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working with international teams, particularly in non-English speaking countries, ideally in Europe
  • Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical SEO
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a website strategy and roadmap to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in content, design, and technical performance
  • Conduct A/B or split testing to assess and optimize various website elements, ensuring data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly website pages to improve overall user experience
  • Analyze heatmaps to gain insights into how visitors interact with the site, using this data to guide and enhance the user journey
  • Work closely with regional teams to understand their unique needs and challenges to feed into the roadmap and provide regular updates on the status of the roadmap
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between paid activities and organic strategy
  • Create high-impact website content, maintaining brand voice and messaging and tone across all copy. Collaborate with SEO experts, GMMs, and Content & Digital teams for website content strategy development that aligns with each region's needs
  • Train and support local teams on best practices for web content creation and optimization
  • Oversee technical SEO improvements to enhance site architecture, speed, and mobile responsiveness
  • Oversee the implementation of structured data, schema markup, and other technical enhancements
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and ADA accessibility standards
  • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio) to monitor website performance and user behavior. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Share insights and feedback on website performance with the global and regional teams
  • Manage multiple website projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
