Requirements
- 2-5 years of ad agency experience working with major clients on multi-channel digital media campaigns
- Deep knowledge of digital media strategy and planning
- Passion for staying updated on emerging trends, platforms, and best practices in the media and gaming industries
- Proficiency in audience and media research tools such as MRI, SRDS, GWI, SimilarWeb, and Pathmatics
- Associate-level experience developing detail-oriented expertise in client invoicing, digital I/Os, audience planning, reporting, and other responsibilities
- Solid Excel-for-media and other analytics skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies for video game clients
- Lead research, data analysis, and campaign management for assigned projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the agency
- Maintain a deep understanding of player motivations and market dynamics
- Craft strategies that drive awareness and turn games into cultural phenomena
- Manage client invoicing, digital I/Os, audience planning, and reporting
