Summary

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising (Performance Marketing experience preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital ad concepts and performance-driven design solutions (please include a link with your application)
  • Expert-level proficiency in motion design & digital production, including Adobe, After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop
  • Deep knowledge of performance-focused ad design for paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Search, Amazon, etc.)
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while maintaining speed, accuracy, and creative excellence
  • Proven experience in briefing, managing, and QA'ing external creative partners/agencies
  • Ability to translate brand guidelines into high-performing digital assets that align with both creative and business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Producing high-volume digital ads across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Search while ensuring alignment with performance marketing best practices
  • Developing motion and static creative assets, using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, and Blender
  • Creating pixel-perfect designs and meticulously QA assets, ensuring proper resizing, format specifications, and adherence to creative briefs
  • Championing the look and feel of assigned clients by maintaining style guides and creating pre-built templates for streamlined asset production
  • Responsible for ideating and setting the initial look for concepts to be presented to the client
  • Responsible for presenting creative concepts, beyond moodboards, to the client, receiving and applying their feedback until approved
  • Responsible for sharing approved V1 concepts, next steps, and clear direction to the Production partner/team
  • Offering clear direction, constructive feedback, and quality assurance on deliverables to support outside partners
  • Working with Performance Creative Leads to conceptualize and execute digital ad campaigns, applying channel-specific design principles and best practices
  • Develops, informs, and deploys operational processes to improve creative production across the design team
  • Trusted to lead production on the Agency side, have a deep understanding of the entire production process, and be able to anticipate production workflow so that you can proactively problem solve
  • Effectively collaborates and problem solves with Designers and PC Managers during the concepting and production phases
  • Identifies training gaps and opportunities within themselves, and can develop best practices and training docs with minimal guidance
  • Creates brand guideline materials for clients and their book of business
  • Comfortable with escalating issues to leadership when needed, coming with solutions
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging AI design tools and automation to enhance production efficiency without compromising quality
  • Leads and owns larger initiatives to produce purposeful creative evolution for clients (larger bespoke initiatives and full-funnel campaigns that may require the creation of final assets), ensuring creative assets are focused on performance while driving brand and market-share growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 3D motion graphics tools like Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their applications in streamlining production workflows
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven design optimization
