Summary

Join Prestige Development Group as a Digital Platform Development Intern and contribute to the development of our remote team infrastructure by updating and optimizing our Notion workspace and streamlining processes using Google Workspace.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools, especially Notion and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in process improvement and workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company resources on Notion, including developing structured templates and automated workflows
• Assist with organizing and rolling out key digital resources such as the employee handbook, team directory, and automated time-off requests for remote access
• Work within Google Workspace and Notion to design and implement streamlined administrative processes
• Develop forms, automate approvals, and create centralized document storage, making key resources accessible and organized for remote employees
