Summary
Join CRAFTSMAN+ as a Digital Producer to lead the production of creative campaigns across social and digital channels. You will manage timelines, budgets, and team coordination, overseeing multiple projects concurrently. This role requires strong client communication, collaboration with designers and strategists, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. You will also manage talent, track budgets, and maintain project documentation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in project management or production, experience with social media content production, and proficiency in project management tools. A passion for delivering top-notch creative and problem-solving skills are essential.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Project Manager or Production role
- Experience with social media content production, including UGC, motion graphics, and video
- Desire to work in a post-production environment, this role has minimal live production work
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
- Strong client service and relationship management experience
- Expertise in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
- Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and responsive
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of smaller projects or workstreams within broader campaign initiatives including resourcing, timelines, budget, etc
- Serve as the day-to-day project lead, reporting into the Production Lead responsible for being the main POC for client and overall campaign delivery
- Oversee multiple client projects concurrently
- Ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives, messaging, and production timelines
- Escalate risks or scope changes and ideate solutions to the Production Lead for alignment on account-wide impacts
- Provide regular status updates to both the client and the Production Lead
- Translate client briefs into actionable for internal teams and external creators
- Source and manage talent for client-approved content production
- Ensure all creative assets meet quality, platform, and brand standards
- Track project-specific budgets and flag any changes to the Production Lead
- Support resource planning for cross-team collaboration to ensure delivery
- Document all project plans and status updates in project management tools
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including scopes, deliverables, and client approvals
- Participate in project post-mortems and share key learnings with the wider team
- Coordinate platform-specific compliance and spec checks (e.g., Meta, TikTok)
- Support legal, licensing, and usage rights documentation
- Maintain knowledge of social platform best practices to advise on deliverables
- Work with fellow producers to optimize agency efficiency and align with company priorities
Preferred Qualifications
A genuine interest in ad tech, mobile marketing, or digital media is a plus
