Digital Product Owner

Summary

You will work closely with development teams, prioritize tasks, and mentor less experienced Product Owners. The position requires readiness to work with the US Timezone and 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager.

Requirements

• Readiness to work with the US Timezone (up to 9 PM CET)
• 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager
• Enjoys building and maintaining good relationships with people, including senior management
• Communicates clearly, understandably and persuasively in English and Polish
• Committed, autonomous and efficient
• Knows how to act swiftly with a view to long-term results
• Familiar with the full agile software development cycle
• Understands the importance of digital products to businesses and organizations
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in defining the product portfolio
• Work on business cases together with the Head of Product
• Be responsible for product roadmaps
• Manage high-level requirements
• Co-create and model a vision of the solution adequate to the customer’s priorities and resources
• Specify functional and non-functional features of the developed IT systems
• Work closely with development teams to plan and prioritize tasks
• Support and share knowledge with less experienced Product Owners managing other products
