Summary

Join Townsquare Ignite as a Digital Sales Manager – Media Partnerships and play a pivotal role in managing our network of media partnerships, driving hyper-growth through innovative digital solutions. You will serve as the key liaison between Townsquare Ignite and external media partners, creating tailored digital solutions to drive revenue and meet shared business goals. This highly strategic role focuses on rapidly growing revenue for existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities. The position involves discovery, pitch, and closing calls to drive revenue and requires collaboration with internal teams. This remote position requires 50% travel and offers significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding division.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in digital sales, high volume business development, or partnership management within the media or digital advertising industries, with a focus on scaling revenue through external partnerships
  • Experience in building and managing hyper-growth strategies within media partnerships, agencies, or similar business models
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising solutions (Search, Social, Programmatic, STV) and how they can be adapted to serve media partners and their clients
  • Strong relationship-building skills with external partners, a strategic mindset, and a growth-oriented approach
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to a variety of audiences, from technical experts to senior leadership
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales or media partnerships, with a preference for experience working with media companies or agencies
  • BA/BS degree and equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of revenue generation through media partnerships, leveraging Townsquare’s digital assets to create custom advertising packages tailored to the unique needs of each partner’s clients
  • Discovery, Pitch and Closing calls will be the main focus to drive revenue
  • Serve as the trusted digital advisor for media partners, helping them optimize their digital strategies by leveraging Townsquare’s cutting-edge advertising solutions
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution with media partners, ensuring smooth delivery and performance tracking to exceed client expectations
  • Interpret performance data and provide actionable insights that drive campaign optimizations and incremental revenue for both Townsquare and its media partners
  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on partnership objectives and deliver a seamless experience for both partners and their clients
  • Drive hyper-growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives that scale our media partnerships across multiple markets and channels
  • Provide guidance to media partners on digital advertising trends, market insights, and best practices to empower their sales efforts and foster long-term growth
