Requirements

• Have in-depth knowledge and work experience of how to complete speech tuning in a voice recognition application
• Understand what to look for in data analysis and recordings to determine the best approach for improved recognition
• Be an audio engineer or specialist
• Understand how to create custom speech and have working knowledge of Microsoft Speech Studio, Microsoft STT/TTS solutions

Responsibilities

• Listen to calls, review reports, and analyze data to identify areas in Natural Language Processing (conversational banking) that need to be tuned and update the tuning engine
• Implement changes to the tuning engine after identifying in-grammar and out-of-grammar sets or understanding why recordings were not transcribed correctly
• Make recommendations to vendor on what needs to be tuned
• Create custom speech
