Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, with at least 3 years in leadership roles overseeing solution consultants or similar functions in the Mid-Market space. Proven track record in managing complex deals, driving customer success, and leading large, diverse teams
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Mid-Market customer segment, including their unique challenges, opportunities, and buying behaviors
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide teams. Strong track record of building high-performing teams and creating a positive, inclusive culture
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders
- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on driving results, with a proven ability to meet and exceed business goals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the AMS team of Mid-Market solution consultants, ensuring alignment with overall company goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the AMS Mid-Market Solution Consulting team. Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to shape and deliver solutioning strategies for Mid-Market customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them understand how ServiceNow can drive digital transformation and solve their business challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Partner with the sales leadership team to define and drive go-to-market strategies. Provide expertise during sales cycles to ensure successful positioning of ServiceNow’s solutions, increasing win rates, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of solutions by implementing best practices, processes, and tools. Optimize resources to ensure the team is delivering the highest level of service and value to our customers
- Cultivate a high-performing, engaged team through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities. Create a path for career growth within the organization
- Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs, adapting strategies to meet the evolving demands of the Mid-Market segment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within the enterprise software space, particularly in cloud-based solutions, is highly preferred
