Requirements

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
• Have 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity
• Have proven experience in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs
• Have a strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• Have experience with data warehousing solutions and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BI and data analytics strategy to support business objectives and drive growth
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts, BI developers, and data scientists
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to identify key metrics, data needs, and reporting requirements across departments
• Design and maintain scalable data models, reporting systems, and dashboards
• Drive the adoption of data analytics tools and best practices across the organization
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that influence product development, customer success, marketing, and sales strategies
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and industry metrics to improve internal capabilities
