In this role, you will develop and execute the app's GTM strategy to enhance consumer experience while driving monetization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years of experience working as a leader in driving Go-to-Market strategy and working with cross-functional partners
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive both consumer engagement and monetization in a mobile app environment
  • Excellent Execution Skills: Execution is crucial in a Go-to-Market role as it transforms strategic plans into tangible outcomes, ensuring effective launches and market penetration
  • Data-driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, track performance, and refine strategies based on insights
  • Innovative Thinker. : Able to experiment with new features and approaches, staying ahead of market trends to ensure the app remains competitive and engaging
  • Strong Communicator. : Excellent at managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver impactful product launches and sustained revenue growth
  • Sales Enablement: Experience in developing sales enablement tools, training materials, and playbooks to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of the product

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with product and tech teams to prioritize and build user-friendly features that balance engagement and revenue generation
  • Define KPIs, track app performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize user experience and monetization
  • Leverage market research and user behavior data to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and stay competitive
  • Oversee feature launches and continuously experiment with new ideas to improve both user experience and monetization strategies
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively communicate the value proposition of our app and user engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the ads industry and the latest trends
  • Experience in Go-to-Market, Strategy & Operations or Consulting
  • Intermediate SQL skills
