Summary

Join Beamery as the Director, Global ABM/Field Marketing & Campaigns and develop and execute a global strategy to drive demand for our enterprise accounts. You will lead a team, manage the ABM budget, and collaborate with sales and other marketing functions. Requirements

  • Extensive marketing experience with proven time spent in a senior level field marketing or ABM role at a SaaS company
  • Previous experience overseeing a small team of resources
  • Demonstrable experience building a field marketing and/or ABM program that drives significant revenue growth
  • Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity
  • Ability to effectively manage and inspire direct reports to accomplish long and short-term goals
  • Proven ability to create cross-functional processes that create operating efficiencies and drive the right business outcomes
  • Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Eye for detail and ability to instill a culture of asking “why” and “how can we do better.”
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Set the standard for effective account-based marketing practices, and work closely with account teams to craft 1:1, 1:few and 1:many plans to surround ICP accounts
  • Develop the regional/local field marketing plans to support sales targets for customer acquisition and expansion in specific territories
  • Create repeatable, predictable programs that build off of global demand generation activities – from concept and implementation to optimization and ensure activations continue to scale across channels (online and offline) to drive awareness and pipeline
  • Define what field marketing needs from corporate marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, and marketing program management to ensure regional sales support and operate with a strong partnership mentality. Help global marketing functions refine their strategy based on regional feedback
  • Work with CXO, product and sales to develop a programmatic approach to educate clients around new products, as part of a holistic communication strategy, and create upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver on demand generation, pipeline and revenue metrics with a laser focus on data, specifically leading the local forecasting, measurement, and analysis of the team’s impact
  • Own global field & ABM marketing budget and return on investment
