Summary

The job is for an HR Director role in Lime's EMEA region to drive company strategy, support the Operations Team, and provide guidance on a wide range of HR matters. The ideal candidate has at least 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with expertise in HR practices and employment law across EMEA.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of progressively complex HR leadership experience within a rapidly growing organization in EMEA
  • Experience supporting Operations teams, including salaried and hourly employees
  • Experience managing a large contingent workforce population
  • Deep expertise of HR practices and employment law across EMEA. Knowledge of North America markets a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively translate business needs and strategies into HR solutions
  • Provide guidance and thought partnership to senior management and employees across a wide-range of HR matters spanning the full employee life-cycle for all types of workers
  • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all employees to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of their professional goals and the organization's objectives
  • Advise and manage high-level, sensitive, or critical employee relations issues
  • Lead and support the creation and execution of HR programs, tools, metrics and analytics
  • Partner with the business to drive solutions and strategy for company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, organizational design, performance management, training, etc.)
