Director, Marketing Operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (B2B Account Engagement), HubSpot, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize campaign management, lead flow, and reporting for in-person and digital events, ABM, and online channels
• Create scalable systems and processes in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects to ensure alignment with business goals
• Implement and integrate tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Provide performance updates and actionable insights based on data analysis
• Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ABM tools (e.g., 6Sense, RollWorks, Clearbit)
• Startup experience
• Recent IC (individual contributor) role experience
