Summary
The job is for a remote leader of MSP Distribution at 1Password, responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the company's MSP Distribution strategy, building relationships with partners, driving revenue growth, managing channel programs, collaborating cross-functionally, conducting market analysis, and more. Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in channel development, sales, or business development
- 2-5 years managing people with a preference for experience in a start-up, technology, SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Distribution strategy to achieve business growth and market expansion
- Identify, recruit, and onboard partners that align with 1Password’s MSP Distribution strategy
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Distribution MSP strategies and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, including MSPs, and MSP Distribution
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with MSP Distribution partners to ensure alignment and mutual success
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with partners
- Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of channel sales programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Design and manage channel programs, including incentives, promotions, and training programs
- Ensure that partners have the necessary resources, support, and training to effectively sell and support the company’s products and services
- Continuously evaluate and improve channel programs to enhance partner satisfaction and performance
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage channel budgets and forecasts
- Provide regular updates and reports to the MSP executive team on channel performance and progress towards goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the MSp Distribution channel landscape
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive
