Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel development, sales, or business development or related
  • 2-5 years managing people with a preference for experience in a start-up, technology, SaaS environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Distribution strategy to achieve business growth and market expansion
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners that align with 1Password’s MSP Distribution strategy
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Distribution MSP strategies and initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, including MSPs, and MSP Distribution
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with MSP Distribution partners to ensure alignment and mutual success
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with partners
  • Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of channel sales programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Design and manage channel programs, including incentives, promotions, and training programs
  • Ensure that partners have the necessary resources, support, and training to effectively sell and support the company’s products and services
  • Continuously evaluate and improve channel programs to enhance partner satisfaction and performance
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage channel budgets and forecasts
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the MSP executive team on channel performance and progress towards goals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the MSp Distribution channel landscape
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive
