Director, NERC Compliance

Summary

Join our team as Director – NERC Compliance and lead the overall performance of our NERC compliance program, developing plans and schedules to ensure comprehensive compliance with NERC GO/GOP and TO Standards.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of management experience
• Must have strong compliance program implementation skills to address all NERC program areas
• Extensive knowledge of power generation design, operations and maintenance as it relates to NERC compliance requirements and expectations

Responsibilities

• Direct NERC compliance program's overall performance
• Develop and implement plans, schedules, procedures, internal controls, tools and processes required to establish and maintain a comprehensive NERC Reliability Compliance Program for use by Company-managed plants
• Lead a team of NERC compliance program managers, coordinators, specialists, and technical experts to maintain compliance with NERC Compliance standards
• Direct NERC compliance monitoring activities to include but not limited to audit, self-certification, and spot-check coordination
• Ensure staff have the resources and training they need to achieve their mission
