Requirements
- Have 7+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Have experience architecting and executing large-scale, performant systems that are critical to the business
- Skilled at working to build alignment, drive decision making, and communicate transparently
- Able to marry long-term thinking with short-term action
- You have a genuine passion for building platforms in a rigorous, measurable and scalable way
- You have a strong understanding of security and compliance best practices in software development, especially from a money movement perspective
- You are committed to cultivating an inclusive team culture
- You have a deep understanding of Agile fundamentals and the mental models that promote strong execution
- You have managed geographically distributed teams
