Requirements

  • You have worked at a payor or provider in a strategic and operational role
  • You have experience leading and building high performing teams
  • You enjoy and have a strong track record of solving complex and ambiguous problems that have a large impact on your company
  • You thrive in an environment that values collaboration over individual achievement
  • You can work from HQ in NYC (Soho) a few days a week

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships with Payors: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing payor partners, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships, address deficiencies, and drive mutual growth
  • Establish and Oversee VBC Agreements: Lead efforts to secure and implement value-based care contracts, working with cross-functional teams in Product and Operations to ensure Grow meets its VBC performance and revenue targets
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with key stakeholders in Product and Operations to resolve issues and execute on organizational goals
  • Build and Lead a Team: Manage and develop a team of high-potential individuals, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, career growth, and accountability
